SCT Mobile work with some of the most established companies in the UK.
We have been dealing with Jon Ruffle and the team at SCT for over 20 years now. As a growing business, during that time our mobile estate has grown and developed considerably with SCT managing to make sure we’re not only on the most cost-effective solution, but we’re always up and running to do business should one of our phones go down. With multiple sites across the UK and users abroad, it’s always been reassuring to know that we’ve got someone on our side keeping an eye on costs. We deal with our dedicated account team on any day to day requirements or issues and it’s a pleasure to know that nothing is ever too much trouble with someone always on hand for help and advice. They really take the hassle away of running such a large mobile estate and we can only highly recommend them.

SCT provided us with Vodafone Business in 2011. Having a VOIP system has worked incredibly well for our business, we are also able to link our mobiles to our landlines which is beneficial for staff on the road. Vodafone Business helps our business work more efficiently and more importantly, be contactable on the move. This solution has saved us money and time, freeing up our IT department for more important projects. We moved office in 2013 and SCT were able to move our entire phone system and install it at our new location without any problems. The staff at SCT are always on hand to deal with any queries on our account.

We came to SCT when we were looking for a new up to date phone system for our business. We were unhappy with our current supplier and wanted a new solution that would save us time and hassle. SCT recommended a VOIP solution called ‘Vodafone Business’ which combines our business mobiles and phone lines all in one. This has been the best move for us, it has saved us money, time and helps us work more efficiently. The move to VOIP was very straight forward and SCT covered all aspects of the changeover, the install was hassle free with minimal downtime. The ongoing support from SCT has been remarkable and we take comfort in the fact that they are able to pop in and help with us with any queries at the drop of a hat. SCT are always available at the end of the phone to promptly answer any questions or process changes to the system that we may require.
I am happy to say that the work so far provided for us by Nikki Holmes has been extremely acceptable. She is in my opinion a very commendable Account Manager. Nikki is approachable, always helpful and explains anything about our account I do not fully understand. I know I can email and phone her with any issues or queries I may have. My firm have only be dealing with SCT/Vodafone for about 18 months but so far we are happy with the business provided by them.
