We want you to know that on 28 June 2014, we’ll be increasing our excess charges for any calls made to premium rate numbers, and for calls made to some directory enquiries numbers.
If calls to these types of numbers are included in your plan, rest assured your bill will not be affected unless you exceed your monthly allowance. If you don’t have a monthly allowance, the new prices will apply as standard. For ways to save when using our services, please speak to your Account Manager.
