We’d like to make you aware that some of our overseas carrier partners will soon be raising their prices. This means that from 1 July 2014, we need to make some changes to the way we charge for roaming in these five countries:

Andorra
Greenland
Lebanon
Libya
Uzbekistan

Our Europe zone will no longer include Andorra – so our Europe zone products and services, including EuroTraveller, will no longer be available in this country.
Similarly, our Rest of World zone will exclude Greenland, Lebanon, Libya and Uzbekistan. This means that our Rest of World products and services, including Data Traveller, will not be available in these countries.

New rates for these five countries:

What you’re doing What it’ll cost you (exc. VAT)

Calling from these countries to any other country £2 a minute

Receiving calls from any other country £1.50 a minute
while you’re in one of these countries

Sending a text 50p a text plus your home cost for texts

Using data £6 a MB up to 5MB – then £30 for each 5MB
(or part) after that

There will be a 60-second minimum call charge, then calls will be charged by the minute. All calls you receive will be charged by the second. You’ll continue to get service notifications by text as normal when you use your Vodafone mobile in these countries.
